With more than 11 years of professional experience in payroll, audit and business advisory services, Nancy has worked closely with multinational corporations, foreign-invested enterprises (FDIs) and Vietnamese businesses, helping them strengthen payroll governance, manage workforce compliance and improve operational efficiency.
As Manager at JPA Vietnam, Nancy specializes in payroll outsourcing, compensation and benefits (C&B), HR advisory, labor compliance and tax-related payroll matters. She has extensive experience managing multi-client payroll portfolios, establishing payroll governance frameworks and helping businesses comply with Vietnam’s labor, social insurance and personal income tax regulations.
Prior to specializing in payroll and HR advisory, Nancy spent more than five years in independent audit, providing audit and assurance services to companies across the manufacturing, trading and service sectors. This background enables her to combine financial discipline with practical HR and payroll advisory solutions tailored to each client’s operational needs.
