01.What you will do
Payroll Processing
- Perform the complete monthly payroll processing for assigned clients.
- Collect, review and clarify payroll data with clients, including timesheets, overtime, leave, allowances, reimbursements and other payments.
- Calculate and process monthly salaries, bonuses and allowances in accordance with employment contracts and clients’ company policies.
- Review the validity of payroll-related expenses.
- Prepare and review payroll, payslips, payment files and related reports, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Process salary and other monthly payable disbursements on behalf of clients.
Personal Income Tax, Social Insurance & Reporting
- Prepare mandatory social insurance dossiers covering social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance.
- Reconcile and review mandatory insurance contributions and submit relevant dossiers to the competent authorities.
- Register personal tax identification numbers and dependent registrations.
- Prepare periodic personal income tax declarations and finalization in accordance with regulations, and support individual PIT finalization.
- Prepare and issue electronic PIT withholding certificates.
- Prepare labor reports and other statutory reports as required.
HR Administration & Client Support
- Prepare and maintain employee records, including employment contracts, contract appendices and related documents.
- Provide consultation to clients and coordinate on matters relating to payroll, labor regulations and social insurance policies.
- Keep updated on regulations relating to payroll, tax, insurance and labor laws, and provide basic guidance to clients on relevant matters.
- Proactively communicate with clients’ HR and Administration teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Coordinate with Accounting, Audit and other relevant teams within the scope of assigned responsibilities.
Other Responsibilities
- Coordinate with team leaders on task progress and report status periodically.
- Prepare reports as requested by management.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the department head.
02.What we are looking for
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Law, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
Experience
Fresh graduates or candidates with at least 1 year of relevant experience in payroll, C&B, HR Operations, accounting or related positions.
Technical knowledge
Understanding of Vietnamese labor laws, tax regulations and statutory social, health and unemployment insurance requirements relevant to payroll.
Tools & systems
Proficient in Excel. Experience with payroll software is an advantage.
Professional skills
Excellent attention to detail, time management and problem-solving skills.
Communication
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively with international clients, and good English communication skills.
